Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Overview

At WebBrandify, we strive to deliver exceptional digital services. Due to the custom and intangible nature of digital design, development, and marketing services, our refund policies are strict and governed by the following terms.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Once a project has commenced and resources or human capital have been allocated, no refunds will be provided. The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom website development and software engineering.
  • Brand identity and custom graphic design work.
  • Digital advertising spend (managed on third-party platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads).
  • SEO and marketing retainer services after the billing cycle begins.

3. Cancellation Terms

Clients may cancel monthly retainer services with a written notice 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. For fixed-price projects, cancellation before commencement will result in a 75% refund of any deposit. If cancellation occurs after the project has commenced, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Revisions and Modifications

We provide multiple revision rounds depending on the contracted service tier. Dissatisfaction due to subjective tastes (e.g., color, aesthetic preferences) does not constitute a valid reason for a refund. We commit to working with you within the agreed revision scope to meet your goals.
